Design and build a 2 head counter pressure bottle filling machine for Carbonated beverage in India

Filling carbonated beverages into bottles is done using a counter pressure filling system.
There also needs to be a sensor to ensure that the bottles are all filled to the same level everytime. So
The liquid is stored in a pressurised keg connected to a Co2 tank.
