Design Patent Filing Assistance
Budget: £20 – £250 GBP
I have a purely conceptual mechanical product in mind and need to turn that idea into a filed design-patent application. Nothing has been sketched yet, so the first step will be translating my verbal descriptions into patent-grade drawings and any supporting views needed for submission. From there I want the complete application drafted, formatted, and walked through the electronic filing portal of the appropriate patent office (USPTO experience preferred, but let me know if you also handle EU/other jurisdictions).
What I need from you
• An initial call to capture every visual and functional detail of the concept
• Creation of line drawings that meet patent-office standards (multiple views, shading rules, reference characters, etc.)
• A concise design-patent specification, including title, description, and claim language
• All required forms prepared and compiled into a filing-ready package
• Step-by-step guidance through submission until the application number is issued
Experience with mechanical products and prior art awareness will help the process move quickly, but I’m open to your preferred workflow as long as we end with an accepted filing.
