Design/Engineering of Concrete Mixer Drums
Budget: $750 – $1,500 SGD
We are seeking a design and engineering partner to develop concrete mixer drums, ensuring compliance with ISO and ASME standards for durability, efficiency, and manufacturability. Our objective is to create a high-performance design optimized for material flow, structural integrity, and ease of production.
Scope of Work:
3D CAD Modeling: A fully detailed model, including internal mixing features.
Finite Element Analysis (FEA): Structural analysis to validate load-bearing capacity and fatigue life.
Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) (if required): To analyze mixing efficiency and material flow behavior.
Manufacturing Drawings: Comprehensive 2D production drawings with GD&T, weld specifications, and material details, following ISO and ASME standards.
Material & Weight Optimization: To balance structural strength and operational efficiency.

ISO 9001 (Quality Management)
ISO 3834 (Welding Quality Requirements)
ISO 8501 (Surface Preparation & Coating)
ASME Section VIII (Pressure Vessel Considerations, if applicable)
ASME Y14.5 (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing - GD&T)
