I need an engineer to design an electric-powered device capable of moving a 100kg trolley along a 30m table. The ideal speed range for the trolley movement is between 0.2 km/hr or less to 1.0 km/hr.

Key Requirements:
- Design a device capable of pulling a 100kg trolley along a 30m length table.
- The device should be electric-powered.
- The device should have a variable speed control, ideally ranging from 0.2 km/hr or less to 1.0km/hr.
- The control method for the device should be via remote control.
- The device should have an automatic off switch when the limit of the table is reached.
- The device will be manually drawn / rolled back to the beginning position.

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Mechanical Engineering: To design and ensure the device is capable of pulling the 100kg trolley.
- Electrical Engineering: To design an efficient electric-powered system to drive the device.
- Robotics/Control Systems: To incorporate remote control functionality and variable speed control.
