Design & Build a Suction Transport System for Office Environment

We are seeking a skilled and experienced freelancer (or team) to design and build a suction transport system tailored for our office environment. The purpose of this system is to efficiently move small items (such as documents, parcels, or office supplies) between designated locations within our office, using vacuum/suction-based transport technology — similar in concept to pneumatic tube systems used in hospitals or banks.

Consultation & System Design
- Assess the office layout (floor plans and dimensions will be provided)
- Propose a practical suction transport solution that fits within our space constraints
- Design system pathways, suction mechanisms, and loading/unloading points
- Recommend appropriate materials and components

System Build & Implementation
- Source required parts and materials
- Construct and install the system onsite or deliver a ready-to-install solution
- Ensure the system is safe, efficient, and relatively quiet in an office setting
- Provide basic user instructions and system maintenance guidelines

Key Requirements:
- Proven experience in mechanical or pneumatic system design
- Familiarity with small-scale transport or automation systems
- Ability to produce detailed technical drawings and specifications
- Practical experience with prototyping or custom fabrication
- Creative, solution-oriented mindset for optimizing the system within a modern office space
