Custom VFFS Machine Build
Budget: ₹12,500 – ₹37,500 INR
I need a seasoned packaging-machine engineer to design and fabricate a purpose-built vertical form-fill-seal unit that can comfortably run granules and powders. The line must switch between plastic film, paper-based film, and foil laminate without extensive change-over time, so please factor in a versatile forming collar and temperature-controlled sealing jaws.
I will rely on you for the full package: mechanical layout, component selection, PLC/HMI programming, fabrication, factory acceptance testing, and final commissioning at my site. Throughout the build I expect transparent progress updates as well as every drawing, wiring diagram, parts list, and source code you generate—nothing stays in a black box.
Key performance expectations
• Accurate weighing/dispensing for fine powders and free-flowing granules
• Clean vertical seals and consistent bag lengths across all three materials
• Tool-less adjustments for different bag sizes
• CE-grade safety guarding and documentation (or equivalent regional standard)
Deliverables
1. Complete 3D CAD files, schematics, and BOM
2. PLC/HMI project files with commented code
3. Operating and maintenance manual in PDF
4. FAT video demonstrating throughput, seal integrity, and change-over
5. On-site installation guidance (remote is acceptable if travel is impractical)
