Custom Surveillance Drone Development

I'm looking for an expert in quadcopter flying drones to build and test new versions on-site. These drones will be used for surveillance purposes in rural areas, and need to be over 400 cm.

Key requirements:
- Assemble and build 400+ cm drones
- On-site assembly and testing
- Experience with building, purchasing materials and flying quadcopter drones
