Create a Service Hole Cross Section from sketch

Need an experienced drafter to use the sketches I provide to create a cross section view for a service hole. Using an existing drawing you'll just have to recreate the drawing and update notes and the drawing to represent the sizes and angles of the service hole, cables & piping for bore hole.
I will provide some models for the wagon wheel arrangement that you can use and you will just have to update the cable and borehole dimensions etc. Please refer to attached files.
