Create Engineering Flashcards in AnkiApp -- 2

I am looking for someone who can help create engineering flashcards in AnkiApp. The purpose of these cards is to help me learn and understand engineering concepts. I have the documents and books that the flashcards will be generated from and I can do the actual creation of the flashcards myself but I'd like someone to go through and capture the data out of the documents. The ideal freelancer should have experience in creating flashcards, understand engineering concepts (mostly mechanical), and be able to come up with smart elements and ideas to get the flashcards to achieve the end goal. An engineering student or similar could be ideal, especially someone who has also studied word processing/excel/coding.

The first project will be to create an extensive list of flashcards of all the symbols and terminology in the ANSI 5.1 instrumentation and symbols pdf. This should be fairly easy and straightforward. Once that has been completed we can move on to some engineering textbooks which may start to be a bit more complicated, so this will require a good understanding of English as well as mechanical/process engineering. Also have an ability to learn how to complete tasks like this efficiently.
