Convert Masonry House to Light Steel Frame

Job ID: 39816784

Budget: $750 – $1,500 USD

Seeking an Expert LSF Structural Engineer we are looking for a highly skilled Structural Engineer to convert a 8x20-meter, two-story house project (Masonry) into a complete and build-ready Light Steel Frame (LSF) engineering package. The original project will need to have a few minor modifications. The two-story house project, originally designed at 8x20 meters, needs to be modified to a 9x20 meter footprint (LSF) with a total construction area of 360 square meters. Project Requirements The final deliverables for this project must include:
A full structural analysis calculating all relevant loads (dead, live, wind, etc.), including specific loads for a 1000-liter rooftop water tank and a 2000W solar panel system, to ensure the design is safe and fully compliant with building codes.
Architectural Modifications:
The master bedroom patio will be converted into a walk-in closet.
Add a 4 x 2,20 meters underground fiberglass swimming pool in the backyard.
Create a HVAC system.
Relocate the left garage wall 1.50 meters to the left to extend the garage.
Material Specifications: Comprehensive material lists with full technical specifications for all steel profiles, connectors, sheeting, and insulation. Steel Quantity & Bin List: A precise calculation of the steel required, including a steel bin list fully optimized for streamlined manufacturing and ordering. Detailed Drawings: A complete set of construction drawings, assembly plans, sections, and details ready for on-site fabrication and assembly. Integrated MEP Plans: Detailed layouts for electrical and plumbing systems, including connections for the rooftop water tank and solar panels, fully coordinated with the LSF structure. 3D Modeling: A fully modeled and rendered 3D visual of the LSF structure for project review and client presentations.
The scope of this project is below: -
- 3D Model
- Architectural Plan
- Structural Plan and Calculation report
- MEP plan
