Comprehensive MEP, HVAC & Fire fighting Shop Drawings

I have an industrial building that now needs fully coordinated shop drawings for every technical discipline—mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC and fire-fighting. Your task is to translate the design intent into construction-ready documents and prepare a detailed Material Take-Off (MTO) that matches those drawings item by item.

Scope
The building spans multiple levels and functional areas typical of an industrial facility; every space must be covered so the installation team can work straight from your sheets without further clarification. I will forward the latest architectural and structural backgrounds together with relevant specifications; your responsibility is to overlay and coordinate all services so clashes are resolved before they reach site.

What I expect from you
• Clean, layer-organised shop drawings in DWG (and, if you work natively in Revit, exported CAD sheets) showing plan, section and schematic details for Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC and Fire Fighting systems.
• A corresponding, structured MTO in Excel, clearly referencing drawing numbers, item codes, quantities and unit descriptions.
• Adherence to standard industrial-grade symbols, line-weights and legend conventions so our supervisors recognise them instantly.
• Timely progress updates; I prefer to review one sample floor first to fix any style or coordination issues before you proceed with the rest.

Acceptance criteria
Drawings that pass an overlay clash test (MEP-to-structure and MEP-to-MEP), match the shared naming convention, and whose MTO totals reconcile with the pipe, duct and cable lengths shown will be considered complete.
