Comprehensive Chilled Water CFD and thermal Analysis in Coils
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
In my yeast cream tank storage facility, currently using R717 chilling with stainless steel coils, I need an expert to conduct detailed chilled water analysis to evaluate the changes we can introduce in our system.
The chosen freelancer will conduct:
- Water temperature analysis
- Water pressure analysis
- Water flow rate analysis
The analysis should be made for 3 different coil setups: existing, client proposal and new development.
We will be assessing the current functioning and how we can transition from R717 to chilled water. The aim is to get the right conditions of the product inside the tank.
Ideal candidates should model the three different coils, experience in CFD, thermodynamics, refrigeration systems and energy efficiency. Experience with similar fresh yeast or food storage projects will be highly appreciated.
