Compost Mixer Design -- 2

Hello,
I'm on the lookout for an inventive Mechanical machinery (or tools) design professional who can help me design a compost mixer consisting:
1. An gasoline motor compost mixer which is able to mix effectively homogenous an estimative volume of 1 up to 2,5 cubic meters of solid materials with bulk densities (grass clippings, plant stalks, branches, twigs, coffee grounds, paper, filters, bags, tea, cardboard, kitchen leftovers).
During fermentation process formed moist sticky & lumpsy chunks into entire pile`s volume has to be breaked down during mixing operation . Mixer`s main focus is to relocate pile`s cores towards edges and counterwise (edges towards centers), and must include with a liquid injection system reaching each point of entire volume. You can create any type/shape/form of rotation as long as ALL compost ingredients will move (simulation on mixing efficiency Rocky DEM) accordinglly with requested needs.
Compost Mixer (as separated unit) has to be built using lightweight frame for easy maneuvering (movable, on wheels), total weight max 100 kg. It`s mecanism will dive in / sink / drop (auger, plow, screw, ribbon, paddles) into container (crane model).
2. Container Model (wiremeshed mandatory - airflow is crucial) will be placed below Mixer system. Each individual compost pile will be built in it`s own container. There`ll be around 20 different separated piles in total that will have to be mixed with this innovative compost mixer. Container`s frame/size can be adjusted based on final auger`s shape/shaft(s) rotation but it needs to have at least 1 cubic meter volume and its hight needs to be greater that lenght and width. The shape, orientation and dimensions of the mixer (as well as the container) are 100% your choice but total hight (mixer + container) should not exceed 230 - 240 centimeters.

I am open to your creative suggestions on the materials to use. However, I appreciate the addition of detailed project proposals in your applications. In these proposals, present how your design will enhance the process of mixing organic waste, aid in the decomposition process, and greatly improve the overall quality of compost. Experience in mechanical design and sustainable or green technologies would be beneficial for this project.
