Complete Duplex MEP Detail Drawings

I’m preparing to build a duplex and need fully detailed Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing drawings that can go straight to my local permitting office and on-site contractors. Because I don’t yet have an architectural background plan, you’ll either need to generate one from my sketches and dimensions or guide me on the information you require to create it yourself.

Once the basic floor plan is established, I’ll rely on you for a coordinated MEP package that shows clear equipment locations, pipe and duct routes, circuiting and fixture counts, all sized to code. AutoCAD or Revit files are fine—as long as the final output is delivered in both editable DWG (or RVT) and print-ready PDF.

Deliverables
• Architectural background plan suitable for MEP overlay (unless you prefer working from my hand sketches)
• Mechanical layout with HVAC duct runs, equipment schedules and control notes
• Electrical power, lighting and low-voltage plans, plus single-line diagram and panel schedule
• Plumbing supply, waste and vent plans, including riser diagram and fixture schedule
• Sheet set formatted for permit submission, stamped with any required legends, notes and specifications.
I need sectional details of all walls exterior and interior with 3D and sectional details mentioned in "Inches"
