Compact Electric Actuation of a Piston that was traditionally actuated with hydraulics

I am working on an electrification project to control a hydraulic piston and I need assistance in sourcing the most compact electric motor, gearbox, and linear actuator solutions. The piston has a large hollow bore through its center and needs to achieve a 300 mm stroke in 45 seconds, with a peak force that can occasionally reach 3.5 MM lbs, but normally operates at half that force. The hollow bore must remain open. Proposed solutions should aim to most efficiently occupy the space around the OD of the piston and should be comprised of proven components.

Seeking someone who provide a solution with high level calculations to support it.

Key Requirements:
