Commercial MEP Design Overlays

I'm seeking an experienced MEP designer to create overlays for our complete architectural plans for a commercial building. Needs Pennsylvania seal.

Systems to be designed include:
- HVAC
- Plumbing
- Electrical

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proficiency in MEP design for commercial buildings
- Ability to work with existing architectural plans
- Strong understanding of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems
- Relevant certifications and qualifications in MEP engineering
