California MEP Project Completion

Job ID: 39724677

Budget: $30 – $250 USD

I already have design drawings and technical specifications on my desk, yet the overseas consultant who started this job left before the work could be wrapped up. The project doesn’t fit neatly into “design,” “construction,” or “final inspection” stages—some items are fully sketched, others half-coordinated, and a few still need California code checks.

I need someone who is either licensed in California or demonstrably fluent with the California Building Code and local Title 24 requirements to bring all three disciplines—Mechanical (HVAC), Electrical, and Plumbing—across the finish line. Your first task will be to review the existing documents for gaps, coordinate any code-driven revisions, and prepare the final stamped (or stamp-ready) drawing set so we can submit for permit re-check and move straight into the field without delays. I’ll have the CAD files within 24 hours. A site visit or a video conference will be required. I need a fast turn around. Thank for the consideration

Please be ready to:
• Scrutinize current HVAC, power/lighting, and plumbing layouts for California code compliance.
• Update load calculations, equipment schedules, and one-line diagrams where needed.
• Generate any missing details or sheet notes so the planset is construction-ready.
• Respond quickly to plan-checker or inspector comments until final sign-off is secured.

If you’ve closed out California projects before and can turn redlines around fast, let’s talk timelines and file transfer so we can get this project buttoned up.
