California Licensed Residential MEP Design

I need a California-licensed Professional Engineer to take care of the full MEP package for a new residential build. The assignment is strictly mechanical (HVAC), electrical, and plumbing design, complete with your professional stamp for local permit submission.

Scope
The home’s architectural set is ready; what I’m missing are code-compliant MEP plans that a plan checker can approve without back-and-forth. That means accurate HVAC load calculations, duct and equipment layouts, Title 24 forms, electrical one-lines and panel schedules, lighting layouts with switching, plumbing schematics, and sizing—all aligned with current California Building Code and local amendments.

Deliverables
• Signed and stamped PDF drawings (HVAC, electrical, plumbing)
• Supporting calculations and Title 24 documentation
• One round of revisions after plan-checker comments, if any

I work in Revit but can provide DWG exports; feel free to use Revit, AutoCAD MEP, or your own preferred software—as long as the final sheets drop seamlessly into the permit set.
