I'm looking for an expert in COMSOL to assist me with a project involving a nano-scale undoped SDG MOSFET simulation. The key tasks will include:

1) Simulating a specified transistor structure for a range of gate voltages and a fixed drain-source voltage.
2) Generating and analyzing the IDS versus Vg data.
3) Assessing the subthreshold region and calculating various performance metrics such as threshold voltage and subthreshold swing (SS).
4) Modifying the drain-source voltage to observe changes in characteristics and calculating DIBL.
5) Comparing the results with previous projects.

The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of MOSFET structures, experience with COMSOL simulation software, and the ability to provide detailed REPORT explaining the simulations and results. It is crucial to understand model setup, boundary conditions, and material properties. Ultimately, I need a comprehensive report that includes an in-depth explanation of the simulations, a comparison with other projects, and a discussion of the MOSFET performance metrics.
