CNC Router Zero Point Reset Assistance

I'm in need of expert assistance with a 13-year-old CNC router, specifically with a Festo drives. we are having difficulty resetting the zero points on the X/Y axis for the router. supplier no longer supports or is willing to support the machine. we have no documentation or copies of software, the router makes 18 holes 2mm wide x10mm long in a part, the issue we have the zero point has moved and it's now damaging parts, machine moves in X, Y, Z
