Thermal analysis should be done given bicycle helmet 3-D sketch.
Gap inside the helmet will be assumed as another layer and after assigning whole layers thermal conductivity and coefficient and setting boundary conditions (temperature), thermal distribution need to be found on the helmet and on the air. Cooling power of the helmet also need to be found.
