CFD flow Analysis through 5ml eye drop bottle

I have to set a simulation in which bottle 1 has HPMC and bottle 2 is empty and HPMC liquid from bottle 1need to be transferred to bottle 2. I need to set the flow field and also check at what pressure the HPMC will flow through the needle into the 2nd bottle.
