Blue Roof Flashing Light Design
Budget: ₹12,500 – ₹37,500 INR
I need a compact, roof-mounted emergency bar light that flashes blue and is ready to install on a vehicle. The unit must withstand rain, vibration, and continuous outdoor exposure while delivering a clearly visible 360° warning signal.
Here’s what I’m looking for:
• Electrical and optical design that delivers a bright, even flash pattern (LED-based preferred for low current draw).
• Weather-sealed housing, IP65 or better, with mounting hardware suited to a metal vehicle roof (magnetic base or bolt-on bracket—open to either if it guarantees stability at highway speeds).
• Integrated control module with selectable flash rates and simple two-wire hookup to the vehicle’s 12 V system.
• Complete documentation: wiring diagram, PCB layout or off-the-shelf driver spec, LED/optic part numbers, mechanical drawings, and an assembly guide.
• A short bill of materials showing estimated costs and lead times for every component.
