I am in need of an engineer with solid experience in BIW fixture, particularly focused on welding fixture design. The timeframe is critical - we need to have the project completed within a month. Even though I skipped the question on materials, the design should be versatile and adaptable to different materials.
Skills and experience needed:
- Expertise in Unigraphics Nx (UG-Nx)
- Proven knowledge and experience in welding fixture design
- Concept, 3D Design, 2D Detailing, BOM, and QA.
- Various joining processes and GD&T
- Exposure to European/ USA OEM standards
- Ability to stick promptly to deadlines
