Automated Material Handling Machine Design

As a client, I am in need of services to design an automated machine focused on the efficient stacking of containers.

The main purpose of this device should be the competent performance of repetitive tasks. These tasks are primarily centred around the transport, arrangement, and proper storage of plastic totes.

The ideal candidate for this project should possess:

- Experience in mechatronics or automation.
- Experience in manufacturing of machines for material handling.

The ability to not only construct an efficient machine, but one that can stand up to rigorous use and a high workload is highly valuable.

Safety regulations should also be adhered to, due to the potential hazards associated with stacking and destacking of containers.

This machine is meant to enhance productivity and efficiency while minimizing manual labor. Therefore, deliverables should include not only the machine design, but an operational manual and safety protocol as well.
