Ansys CFD Analysis in Fluent

I am doing a project on fixed cone valves also called Howell Bunger valves. I have designed a 700mm diameter size valve for 20 bar pressure.

My input parameters are velocity inlet of 62m/s and flow is 80 m3/s.

My problem statement is I need to find flow vs stroke analysis and once the valve opens fully what will be the fluid projection on outlet.
