I'm in need of a custom-made aluminum sprocket for a motorized TV lift.
Key Requirements:
- The sprocket should be designed to support a weight of up to 50 lbs (23 kg).
- The material preference for the sprocket is aluminum although if that’s too difficult then plastic would be acceptable. It should be lightweight yet sturdy enough to handle the weight capacity.
- The design should be compatible with a motorized lift mechanism.
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proficiency in mechanical design and engineering, with specific experience in TV lift mechanisms.
- Skilled in using design software for creating precise and detailed engineering designs.
- Prior experience with designing and fabricating components from aluminum would be a significant advantage.
Can supply the existing broken part for scanning.
