Aluminum GC Front-Panel PCB
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I need the 2026 GC front panel converted into a production-ready Gerber package so my board house can mill an exact aluminum faceplate. All mechanical data are already prepared: you’ll receive a clear photo of the current panel plus an Excel sheet detailing every cut-out, hole diameter, and positional coordinate. No circuitry is involved—this is purely a mechanical PCB.
Here’s what I expect:
• A clean RS-274X Gerber set, including drill file, that matches the spreadsheet dimensions to the tenth of a millimetre.
• A simple PDF drawing or fabrication note that calls out all critical sizes for one last visual check before I release it to the shop.
Please stick to the manufacturer’s standard rules; I’ll share their design-rule file once we start, so there’s no need to chase IPC or custom constraints. Accuracy of the outline, slots, and mounting holes is the decisive factor.
