Aluminium Conveyor Belt Lifter Design
Budget: $30 – $250 AUD
I need a qualified engineer or design firm to create a framed design and provide full engineering calculations for an aluminium conveyor belt lifter. This system will use winding jacks on either side to raise and lower the conveyor belt, and it must handle a working lifting load of 1.5 tonnes.
The design must include:
- Engineered manufacturing drawings of the structural frame layout
- Engineering calculations for both return and troffing positions
- Selection and specification of high-strength aluminium alloy materials and components
