Air cushion form finding (FEM simulation)

Job ID: 30718893

Budget: $250 – $750 USD

I need to find an uninflated form of a shape, that after the pressurizing with 300 Pa air overpressure (difference between inner and outer pressure) will achieve a form similar to what is displayed at air dome shape 01.jpg

The conditions:
1. The base of the shape where it is anchored is a rectangle with dimensions 64000x35300 mm.
2. The maximum height of the shape after pressurizing is 10500 mm.
3. The minimum height on the longer side, 2000 mm from the anchoring line is 6000 mm. (see air dome shape 01 side height.jpg)
4. The minimum height on the shorter side, 2000 mm from the anchoring line is 4000 mm.
5. The shape must be under positive tension in all its parts (no sagging).

I need you to find an uninflated form which can be produced to achieve a shape conforming to ALL the conditions given above, provide plans for this form and provide a proof that the inflated shape will meet the given conditions (some FEM simulation).
