Advice on Prototype - Evaporation

I am looking for an expert in physics and related fields to evaporation. I have a prototype I would like the freelancer to look at and advise on. The goal is to design the prototype to maximize evaporation rate. The freelancer should be competent in subjects of evaporation, maximum saturation humidity ratio in air, velocity of air above water surface , and other factors that affect evaporation rate. A signed NDA is required before prototype is shared.
