ANSYS 3D Turbine Simulation Expert

I need an expert in ANSYS Fluent (version 18.1) for a transient simulation of a radial turbine in water. The simulation should calculate the drag coefficient, lift coefficient, and momentum coefficient.
Requirements:
- Inlet fluid velocities at 0.2, 0.4, and 0.6 m/s
- Pressure contours, vorticity, and velocity contours are required
- A meshing file is also required
