ANSYS Pipe Design for Fluid Flow

I need a skilled ANSYS expert to design a pipe for me. The specifics are as follows:
- Pipe dimensions: Length = 3m; Diameter = 0.2m
- Mesh Details: The areas at the edges of the pipe wall need a finer mesh with an element size of 10^-2m. The mesh at the center should be coarser with an element size of 10^-1m.
(VERY IMPORTANT: While you are designing this pipe in your computer, can you screen record everything and send it to me so that I can do it by myself and learn how to do it?) Please do it ASAP! The deadline is due in 2 days !!!!
The primary objective of this design is for fluid flow analysis, specifically for analyzing water within the pipe.
