gantry crane design

I am looking for someone to design a gantry crane that has a lifting capacity of 2 tons, a span of 30 meters, and a height of less than 5 meters. The gantry crane needs to be able to safely lift and transport the loads it is intended for. The design must include calculations validating that the crane is able to safely handle the load and span. Additionally, the design must consider all relevant safety standards and regulations. Finally, any material selection should be based on what is most economical, practical, and reliable for this particular application.
