UIT Bracket

I’m looking to create a hydraulic breaker bracket with one fixed pin position and then a variable pin position to adjust the center to center of the pins, I also want to be able to adjust pin diameter via bushings, I have ideas how to do this but the real hang up is when moving the variable pin to a different center to center how do you fix it in that position, this is in a heavy demolition environment
