SolidWorks Pizza Processing Machinery
Budget: $1,500 – $3,000 USD
I need a SolidWorks mechanical designer who can take my concept for a frozen-pizza production line and turn it into a full set of build-ready models and drawings. The scope covers every station from dough preparation and make-up through dough sheeting, lamination, pizza topping and finally into the freezer tunnel, so the assemblies must integrate seamlessly with food-grade conveyors, drives and hygienic guarding.
What matters most is a layout that respects hygienic design guidelines (stainless frames, minimal crevices, easy wash-down) while remaining practical for fabrication and maintenance. You’ll start from my sketches and capacity targets, size the mechanisms, select standard components where possible, and detail any custom parts.
Deliverables
• Parametric SolidWorks 3D assemblies and parts for each station
• Fabrication drawings with weld symbols, tolerances and material call-outs
• Exploded views and a consolidated BOM in Excel
• STEP exports for CNC and laser suppliers
• Revision rounds until the line footprint slots into the existing plant CAD
