Robotics design

I need a robotics design that is suitable for an outdoor environment. In particular, I am looking for someone to design and build automated machines and robotic arms that can withstand harsh weather conditions and function effectively in the outdoors. Specifically, I have a few design requirements in mind, so I am looking for a freelancer who has experience in this field and is willing to work with me to create a design tailored to my needs. Experience creating motion sensors, writing code, and/or constructing mechanics is also a bonus. Please let me know if you think you're the right person for the job. Thank you!
