Mechanical Pump Station CAD Review & Detailing

I have already completed the plan layout of a dry-installed pump station.

I am looking for an experienced Mechanical/Piping Engineer (not just an AutoCAD draftsman) to review the design and prepare the remaining drawings.

Scope of Work

* Review the existing plan layout.
* Verify that the piping arrangement complies with pump installation recommendations and accepted pump station engineering practice.
* Review:
* Isolation valves
* Check valves
* Dismantling joints
* Expansion/flexible joints (if required)
* Pipe supports
* Reducers and fittings
* Maintenance and dismantling clearances
* Accessibility for valve operation and pump removal
* Check for piping clashes and maintenance conflicts.
* Suggest improvements where necessary.

Required Drawings

* Plan review (if modifications are required)
* Longitudinal Section
* Cross Section
* Side Elevation
* Front Elevation
* General Arrangement (GA)
* Pipe centerline elevations
* Equipment tags and dimensions

Deliverables

* Updated DWG
* PDF
* Comments explaining any modifications made to comply with engineering standards.
