Pressure Measurement Device Development
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I need a compact device to apply and measure pressure. The mechanics should be less than 2 inches in length, about 1 inch in width, and can use a spring mechanism or vacuum/forced air with a hand pump to apply pressure to a point
Key Requirements:
- Pressure application: Preferably using a spring
- Pressure measurement: Both LED and mechanical scales are acceptable
- approximate pressure to measure: 10 PSI (similar to a strong thumb push)
- space at destination is about 1/8-1/4 in size
- more of a prototype, no need for design
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Mechanical engineering design
- Experience with pressure measurement tools
- Familiarity with springs, vacuum systems, and compact scale integration
