Plant Room Layout Design
Budget: £20 – £250 GBP
I'm seeking a skilled designer to create an efficient layout for a plant room
for heating system. The systems to be installed include boilers, plate heat exchangers, pumps and valves etc. The services are LTHW, BCWS and gas.
Key design considerations are:
- Ease of maintenance
- Space optimization
Ideal skills and experience:
- Experience with mechanical room layouts
- Knowledge of boilers, chillers, and heat exchangers.
- Strong spatial planning and design skills
- Ability to create maintenance-friendly arrangements
For this particular project the plant rooms are very small (two plant rooms one above the other- roughly 15m2 each). 2D floor plans in .dwg format will be provided.
The scope is to install two new 145kW boilers, two max 300 kW PHEs, pumps, valves, filters, pressurisation unit and other standard ancillaries for LTHW systems.
Autocad MEP prefered but other well known formats will be considered.
Please provide past work examples and relevant qualifications.
