Parametric CAD Design – Modular 1:64 Racing Track System (Mechanical Design)

Description
I am developing a modular 1:64 racing track system optimized for FDM 3D printing.
The full technical specification is already defined (dimensions, tolerances, snap-fit inserts, connectors, curve radius, engraving rules). I need a professional mechanical CAD designer to convert this into a fully parametric, production-ready model.
This is not a concept job. Geometry and measurements are already fixed.
Scope of Work
Design the following:
• Straight segments (90mm, 144mm, 156mm)
• R2 curve segment (30°)
• Modular curb insert (snap-fit)
• Flat black filler insert (same geometry as curb)
• White line insert
• Mechanical connector system
• Engraved underside identification
All based strictly on provided PDF specification.
Requirements
• Fully parametric CAD (Fusion 360 or Onshape preferred)
• Clean feature tree
• Proper constraints
• Snap-fit tolerances respected
• FDM optimized design
• Mechanical-grade modeling (no mesh hacks)
Deliverables
• Native CAD file
• STEP file
• STL files
• Editable parameters (radius, width, tolerances, length)
