Ohio Commercial Mechanical Code Stamp

I have already submitted a full set of commercial plans, ventilation layouts, and the supporting mechanical load calculations to our local building department. Their only comment is that the mechanical portion must carry a professional seal. No redesign or additional analysis is necessary—everything was prepared to comply with the current Ohio Mechanical Code; the city simply needs a licensed professional to confirm that fact.

What I need from you
• A quick review of the existing mechanical calculations, plans, and ventilation layout to verify they meet Ohio Mechanical Code requirements.
• Your professional stamp and signature—whether you are an Ohio-licensed architect or mechanical engineer—placed on the calculation sheet (and, if you prefer, also on the plan sheet so the city sees the seal in both locations).
• A signed/sealed PDF ready for immediate resubmittal.
