Project Description:
We are developing a portable medical health monitoring device capable of measuring:
* ECG
* Respiration Rate
* SpO2
* Blood Pressure
* Temperature
* Heart Rate
* Digital Stethoscope Data
The device communicates with a mobile application via BLE/WiFi.
We are looking for an experienced mechanical/product design engineer with medical device experience to design:
* Main enclosure/body
* ECG & respiration lead system
* SpO2 finger clip
* Stethoscope sensor housing
* BP cuff integration
* Cable routing & strain relief
* Connector selection
* Waterproof/sealing structure
* Ergonomic and user-friendly outer design
* Medical-grade material selection
Requirements:
* Experience in medical device mechanical design
* Knowledge of preferred medical standards (IEC 60601, ISO 10993, ISO 14971)
* Experience designing injection-molded plastic enclosures and accessories for manufacturability (DFM), including wall thickness optimization, snap fits, sealing features, screw bosses, draft angles, and production-ready CAD for tooling
* Ability to deliver production-ready CAD files

* 3D CAD design files
* STEP files
* Manufacturing drawings
* BOM recommendations
* Prototype-ready enclosure and accessories
Preferred CAD:
SolidWorks / Fusion 360 / Creo
