I need a skilled mechanical designer to create detailed 3D models and technical drawings for a metal enclosure for a glass test tube. The final goal is to create a decorative keychain and pendant.

Project Details:

1. Core Components:

Vessel: Glass test tube (OD 22mm, ID 18mm, Height 70mm).

Contents: Silicone oil with glow-in-the-dark & neon pigments.

Enclosure Material: Metal (Aluminum, Stainless Steel, or Brass).

Electronics: UV LED, CR2032 battery, push-button.

2. Your Main Tasks:

Design a HERMETIC sealing mechanism for the test tube (e.g., threaded cap with silicone gasket).

Design a protective metal housing that holds the test tube securely.

Integrate a compartment for the electronics (battery, LED, button).

Create two design variants: a robust Keychain and an elegant Pendant.

3. Deliverables:

3D models (STEP, IGS format) of the assembly and all parts.

2D technical drawings (PDF, DWG) with dimensions and tolerances.

Bill of Materials (BOM) with material specifications.
