Metal Easy-Clean Male Device

I am looking for a skilled mechanical designer to create a personal‐use male masturbation device that feels comfortably resistive yet is effortless to clean. The concept must revolve around a mainly metal construction; stainless-steel or a similarly body-safe alloy is my first choice because I want a solid, weighty feel and the ability to sterilise the parts thoroughly between uses.

Comfort and controlled resistance are key. I picture an internal mechanism that lets me fine-tune tightness or spring resistance without sharp edges or pinch points. Every surface that contacts skin has to be smooth, seamless and simple to rinse or disassemble for deeper cleaning. Hermetically sealing electronics is not required—this is a purely mechanical build—so your energy can stay on smart geometry and clever fastening methods.

I would like you to take the project from concept sketches to manufacture-ready 3D CAD. If you can also suggest prototyping options or suppliers accustomed to small-run metal parts, that is a plus.

Deliverables
• Full 3D CAD model (STEP or similar)
• Exploded assembly drawing with part list
• Simple user-side disassembly/cleaning instruction sheet
• Material and surface-finish recommendations suitable for skin contact

Acceptance criteria
• No tool marks or grooves in any skin-contact areas
• All components withstand repeated boiling or autoclave cycles
• Adjustment mechanism operates smoothly with one hand and does not loosen unintentionally
