Mechanical Tipping Aid Design

I'm seeking a mechanical engineer or designer to create a portable device that allows one person to lift and tip a full 240 L wheelie bin into a >1000 L dumpster. The device must operate using only levers, counterweights, and gravity—absolutely no motors, hydraulics, pneumatics, or springs.
Key Requirements:
Portability
- Freestanding frame, no anchors or bolting
- Clamp-on attachment to dumpster rim with quick clamps (non-marring)
Weight & Size
- Pack size (target): ≤ 1000 × 600 × 350 mm when folded
- Weight per module: ≤ 20–25 kg; total system ≤ 45–60 kg
Setup & Mobility
- Setup time: ≤ 5 min; tool-less pins/linchpins
- 2 wheels (hand-truck style) + parking brakes or drop-down feet
Material: Aluminum preferred
