Mechanical Device Design for Consumer Product

I am developing a premium handheld powder dispenser and need a mechanical product designer to develop the internal dispensing mechanism and create a CAD model for prototyping.
The product is a cylindrical, pocket-sized device (approx. 150mm tall, ~40mm diameter) with a push/click-style top and a tapered dispensing end.
The primary challenge is designing a reliable mechanical system that can dispense approximately 5g of powder per action.
