Industrial Machinery Concept Design

I have an idea for a new piece of industrial machinery and need the mechanical design turned from rough vision into a sound, build-ready concept. This is still the conceptual phase, so the focus is on exploring form, function, and feasibility rather than detailing every last bolt.

What I expect from you:
• Clear concept layouts or 3D CAD models (SolidWorks, Inventor, or comparable) that illustrate the complete mechanism.
• Preliminary calculations—loads, motions, power requirements, basic FEA or hand-calcs—to prove the concept will perform safely in an industrial environment.
• A short design narrative that explains how the machine operates, highlights critical components, and flags risks or manufacturing challenges early.

Once the concept is approved I intend to move on to detailed design, so choices you make now should keep manufacturability and cost in mind. If you have experience with industrial safety standards or integrating electromechanical systems, let me know; those insights will strengthen the concept from day one.
