Sketch and design a heavy-duty industrial conveyor system requiring high torque and continuous, reinforced motion over 70 feet. The target operating speed is 5 to 10 miles per hour (MPH).
The” grill spatula shaped shaft” will have a cage built on it later on , it is designed to hold and spin heave items like small cars, heavy liquids and heavy machines for inspection

Based on the specifications below, your task is to calculate the required continuous horsepower (HP) and torque for a single intermediate drive motor.
System Specifications
• Conveyor Belt: 70 feet long with a gear-toothed tread.
• Operating Speed: 5 to 10 MPH (use 10 MPH for maximum calculation).
• Primary Drive System: High-torque motors at Point A (Head) and Point B (Tail).
• Intermediate Support/Drive: Five (5) ( grill spatula
Shaped) shafts, 10 feet long, 10 feet apart.
• Shaft Positioning (Cantilevered): Each shaft must be supported and driven from only one side of the structure.
• Intermediate Motor System: A dedicated high-torque motor positioned directly beside or underneath each intermediate shaft.
• Load Requirement: Each intermediate spooshaft must be capable of holding and continuously spin a 2-ton (4,000 lbs) weight through the belt mechanism.
