Heliostat design and working prototype making

I'm looking for a freelancer to help design and construct a working prototype of a heliostat. The reflective components of the heliostat must be made of aluminum mirrors, and I have an estimated budget for the project. The prototype must be created for testing purposes. There will be two mirrors reflect sunlight to a fixed parabolic reflector. The sunlight will always point ot the parabolic reflector.
the distance from the reflector and mirror will be near about two meter.
